All products are subject to availability. Due to our limited-run bespoke manufacturing approach, we reserve the right to restrict quantities or discontinue fabrics without prior notice. Promotional prices are valid strictly during their active window.

2. Intellectual Property

The SANKO brand, lookbooks, photography campaigns, website design, and proprietary clothing drafts are secured as intellectual property. Distributing, copying, or exploiting any content for commercial gain without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Bespoke Alterations Clause

Our complimentary alterations concierge allows for one post-purchase adjustment. Alteration requests must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Once altered, the item becomes bespoke to the user and entirely non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for impeccable quality, SANKO Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. In any event, maximum liability is limited to the original purchase value of the garment in question.
