7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for standard-size items. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain original tags.

Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will seamlessly collect the package from your doorstep within 48 hours of your request. No need to visit a dispatch office.

Refund Initiation
Once Quality Check (QC) passes at our warehouse, the total refund (excluding original shipping fees, if any) is wired back to your source account within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
- •Custom Cut Fabrics: Orders of fabric by the meter are non-refundable as they are severed specifically for you.
- •Tailored Items: Any item that has utilized our post-purchase alteration concierge service is final sale.
- •Sale Items: Flash sale or final clearance pieces are eligible for store credit exchanges only.
